About

We would rather show you than tell you.

Shika Group builds products, advises companies, teaches builders and writes books. Some of it for clients. Most of it for ourselves.

Why we own products

We are our own worst client.

Most studios only ever see the launch. We see month six, when the traffic is flat and something in the pipeline has quietly broken.

Running our own products means we pay for the decisions we recommend. It is why we argue about page structure at ten thousand pages, why we care whether a machine can read a site, and why we will tell you when something is not worth building.

The founder

Dr Maheshika Halbeisen

She spent 18 years building enterprise commercial ecosystems at board level across EMEA, leading teams across four continents. She holds a PhD in Chemistry and an Executive MBA, and is the award-winning author of The Job Well Done, a leadership book drawn from Queen Elizabeth II's 70-year reign.

A daily practitioner of Claude, Claude Code and Codex, she now builds AI-powered platforms and helps experienced professionals turn their expertise into an independent authority business. Every company in this group was built by her and the people she works with.

How we think

Four things we will not be talked out of.

01

A working thing beats a presentation

You can react to something real in ten seconds. A deck about it takes a week and settles nothing.

02

Useful before clever

If it does not help the person using it, the craft on top of it is decoration.

03

No house style

Our palette is deliberately quiet so yours can be loud. The work should look like your business, not like our portfolio.

04

We will not invent a number

No fabricated uplift percentages, no borrowed case studies, no metrics nobody measured. What we claim, we can show.

Start a project

The brief can be messy.

Send whatever you have. We will come back with a shape, a price and something to look at.
